Rehearse difficult conversations before the real moment.

Facing you is an AI that behaves like a real person: it listens, cuts in, takes offence, objects, and can be persuaded in the end. You speak in your own sentences; mistakes are free in this room, because this conversation never actually happened.

No subscription; unused credits stay in your pocket for 12 months.

Listen; when they finish, you carry on.

Knowing is not enough. You have to be able to do it.

Most managers know how to give feedback. But when the real moment comes — when the other person gets defensive, when the room gets tense — putting what you know into practice is hard.

Atlas Talks closes that gap: in a safe setting, you rehearse the same conversation with a realistic character again and again, and each time you get a step better. This isn’t a role-play game; it’s a way of building a skill through targeted repetition and instant feedback.

How does it work?

A conversation lasts ten minutes at most, then the Coach comes in. That’s where the real learning happens.

  1. Choose a case

Dismissal, poor performance, a pay rise request, an interview, a difficult personality type… Choose the conversation you need. In every case, a character and a scripted situation are waiting for you.

  2. Speak out loud

You talk into your microphone; no typing. The AI character opposite you reacts in real time — shocked, objecting, brushing things off. You lead the conversation.

  3. Learn with the Coach

When the conversation ends, the Coach reviews that moment with you: where you held on, where you slipped, and what you will change next time.

When you return to the same case, the difficulty follows your result: if you reached the goal, the next level opens; if not, the same level repeats. There are three levels.

A rehearsal for every critical conversation

Practise your team’s hardest moments in the safest place.

Your managers shouldn’t learn critical conversations by trying them on real employees. Everyone rehearses at their own pace; you see usage, not conversations.

  • Open an SME account straight away, or contact us for a seat licence.
  • Employee invitations and seat management in one place.
  • Usage dashboard: who opened which case, and for how long.
  • Personal content never goes to the employer; a manager cannot see what was said in an employee’s conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Voice, duration, credits, repetition, scoring — the questions asked most before starting are here; corporate and payment topics are on the FAQ page.

Do I really speak out loud?

Yes. You have a real voice call with your microphone; the AI character facing you reacts in real time — is shocked, objects, deflects. No typing; talking.

How long is one conversation?

A conversation takes at most ~10 minutes. If the track has a Coach, the review follows; the real learning happens there.

Can I work the same case again and again?

Yes — and a repeat does not start from the same place. Your first entry to a case is at difficulty tier one; when you reach the target outcome the next tier unlocks, and when you don’t, the same tier repeats. It stops at tier three. Each repeat is a new conversation and uses its own credits.

What happens if I leave a conversation halfway?

In a conversation that stays very short, the credit is refunded in full and the session counts as cancelled. Past that threshold, the conversation counts as completed even if you close the tab, and the credit is spent.

Do I get a score? Is this an exam?

No. The Coach gives no points, percentages or grades. Scoring that could feed promotion, performance or assessment decisions is not done on this platform, as a matter of standard policy.

What does a credit cover?

A conversation. The rehearsal with the character, the lesson with Eda and the review with the Coach are separate conversations, and each uses its own credits. A track’s total depends on the conversations in it and is shown on the track’s card.

Is my data safe?

Your conversations are processed in line with KVKK, to provide the service. No audio recording is kept. The transcript and the Coach’s review are shown only to you; in corporate use, your organisation cannot see them either.

Can we use it as a team in my organisation?

Yes. There is a seat-based corporate licence and a usage dashboard. The organisation sees, per person, the usage of rehearsals done in the corporate space; the content and analysis of an employee’s conversation never go to the employer.
