Rehearse difficult conversations before the real moment.

Facing you is an AI that behaves like a real person: it listens, cuts in, takes offence, objects, and can be persuaded in the end. You speak in your own sentences; mistakes are free in this room, because this conversation never actually happened.

Flat price per credit, no subscription; unused credits stay in your pocket for 12 months.

Listening to you

Carry on out loud, naturally.

One agent, from the first sentence to the last.

Atlas is not a set of separate tools but a single agent: the character who talks with you, the Coach who reviews the conversation, the Super Coach who remembers your history, and the face that reports when you ask — all parts of the same memory. Start one rehearsal and they all work in the same session.

Below you see each face of the agent on its own screen; none is bought or learned separately.

One conversation — and the one after it.

  1. 01Rehearsal

With your microphone, ten minutes at most. The character answers like a real person — shocked, objecting, deflecting; you run the conversation.

  2. 02Coach

The moment the call ends, the Coach talks it through with you: where you held, where you missed, the one thing to change next time. No scoring; it makes you notice.

  3. 03Tier

Reach the goal and the threshold rises; fall short and the same threshold meets you once more. The difficulty is decided by your outcome, not by the case.

All three happen in the same session: the call ends, the Coach begins; the Coach ends, the tier appears. No days in between, no lost context.

Difficulty path · same case

  1. Tier 1
  2. Tier 2
  3. Tier 3

Every case brings its own threshold; the path is three steps for everyone: entry, goal, repeat.

Not scoring — noticing

The Coach watches your conversation through your eyes and gives no grade. The debrief is a dialogue: the Coach asks, you hear your own answer; what remains is not a score but the one-sentence plan for your next conversation.

Coach review · Case Deniz

Sample output
Where you held

You didn’t leave the topic to the other side’s defence: you returned to the point in the same sentence.

Next time

One behaviour: when the objection comes, repeat the message — don’t switch to justifying it.

Not one rehearsal — a progression

A single conversation proves nothing. Super Coach reads your whole history: did the thing you noticed actually settle in, how far are you from yesterday’s you — only accumulated rehearsals can answer.

Focus behaviours · stages of settling

  1. Delivering the message in the first minute

  2. Holding the message when the objection comes

  3. Not rushing to fill the silence

The chart is representative: the real one is drawn from your session data. Focus behaviour names are the actual categories the Coach works with in the debrief; there is no generic “communication score”.

Let progress speak in indicators

Every conversation is a data point: over time you see your own line, and on the corporate side the same breakdown turns into a team trend by role and department. The measures are not a generic score but the five things the Coach actually looks at in the debrief.

Completion outcome
Whether the conversation reached its intended outcome; this is what unlocks the next tier.
Next focus behavior
The single behavior the Coach picks in the debrief; the focus of your next rehearsal.
Key utterance
The sentence of yours that turned the conversation; recorded as evidence.
Why articulation
How clearly the reason behind the decision landed on the other side.
Setting commitment
A closing with a date and an owner; the moment words become action.

Participation and usage metrics live in the corporate panel, with an exportable summary report for managers and HR. Per-person results stay closed to the employer: only the person shares them.

Individual

Your own line: tier transitions, repeats, behaviours that settled in.

Team

Trend by role and department; team reporting starts at a base of ten people.

See the candidate before you decide

The candidate enters a simulation and shows how they handle a real moment: behaviour tells what a CV cannot. The assessor receives evidence, not a score — a dimension breakdown and, under each dimension, a sentence from the conversation.

Candidate report · dimension breakdown

Sample output
  • Completion outcome

The topic closed and the follow-up was agreed; the tier transition was recorded against it.

  • Next focus behavior

Repeating the message when the objection comes — the single focus of the next rehearsal.

  • Key utterance

“I should have told you myself why we made this call.”

  • Why articulation

The reason landed in one sentence, in the other side’s own language.

  • Setting commitment

A shared draft by Friday: you own it, I will review.

Sample output: evidence sentences come from the conversation record; no score is produced.

Candidate

A live simulation with a character: interruption, objection, pressure. The behaviour record comes out of the conversation itself.

Assessor

A report structured with competencies, dimension breakdowns and evidence sentences; it carries examples into the decision meeting, not scores.

More than conversation practice

Difficult conversations are not the whole of life. The same agent, in another tone: the hard moments of parenting at home, and a few minutes of practice within yourself. Same discipline, softer voice.

Parenting

Hard moments happen with children too: İpek, Ece, Mira, Arda, Poyraz, Zeynep, Ege — characters simulating the hard moments of parenting. In a warm, non-judgemental tone.

Personal Practices

Character-free, short, turned inward: breath, focus, recovery — practices of a few minutes. Not a case; a break you give yourself.

Derin is live today; four new practices are on the way.

See the Products

Four example doors; the door is open to everyone.

These are not segment definitions but the four most common ways in. The agent never asks who you are: the same cases, the same Coach, the same credit wallet for everyone. Only the topic you need to talk about decides where you start.

Individual Managers

Without waiting for anyone’s approval, at your own pace: rehearse tonight the conversation that bothered you today.

A rehearsal layer inside your own programme: the cases are yours, the characters and the Coach are ours.

Buying path: seat licences or a custom scope.

For Organizations

If you don’t see yourself in the list, that’s fine: these are examples of entry, not the limits of it.

Flat price. No surprises.

One credit, one conversation: talk a case through start to finish, or review it with the Coach — the second asks no extra credit. No subscription; nothing charges itself to your card. On the corporate side, seat licensing starts with a quote.

  • No subscription; no automatic charge to your card
  • No setup, membership or cancellation fee
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date
  • If the price changes later, the credits you hold are unaffected
  • Welcome credit for new members: try your first conversation on us

The no-surprises list is not a marketing sentence but the summary of a sales term: no automatic charge, no setup fee, and no effect on what you hold if the price changes later.

Frequently asked questions

Voice, duration, credits, repetition, scoring — the questions asked most before starting are here; corporate and payment topics are on the FAQ page.

Do I really speak out loud?

Yes. You have a real voice call with your microphone; the AI character facing you reacts in real time — is shocked, objects, deflects. No typing; talking.

How long is one conversation?

A conversation takes at most ~10 minutes. Then comes the Coach review; the real learning happens there.

Can I work the same case again and again?

Yes — and a repeat does not start from the same place. Your first entry to a case is at difficulty tier one; when you reach the target outcome the next tier unlocks, and when you don’t, the same tier repeats. It stops at tier three. Each rehearsal spends one credit.

What happens if I leave a conversation halfway?

In a conversation that stays very short, the credit is refunded in full and the session counts as cancelled. Past that threshold, the conversation counts as completed even if you close the tab, and the credit is spent.

Do I get a score? Is this an exam?

No. The Coach gives no points, percentages or grades. Scoring that could feed promotion, performance or assessment decisions is not done on this platform, as a matter of standard policy.

What does one credit cover?

One conversation: talking a case through start to finish, or reviewing it with the Coach. The Coach conversation uses no extra credit.
