Learn, then try it right away
Most training explains the topic and leaves you alone with it. In Atlas the lesson ends with a attempt: you apply the same skill in a rehearsal right after the lesson, in the same session.
Lesson → rehearsal chain: try what you learned in the same session.
Lesson
Short, applicable teaching.
Rehearsal
Same skill, character in front of you.
Both steps happen in one session; no days in between.
You do not need to take notes during the lesson — there is nothing to re-read somewhere else afterwards. When the rehearsal starts, the same scenario and the same skill are waiting for you. The only difference: now you are the one applying it. Most training programs push that step out by weeks — by then what was learned has already faded. In Atlas no days pass between the lesson ending and the rehearsal starting, so the forgetting curve never gets its chance. In short: you test what you learned while it is still fresh, in a real attempt.
